Chaos magic tools
Fourteen free tools for chaos magic, also spelled chaos magick. They run in your browser, what you type stays on your machine, and there are no accounts. Settle, make a working, pick a belief to work under, check the result on the date. Then do it again.
Start here
Never done one? This takes ten minutes and ends on a date.
Settle first
Before you charge anything, get your head still.
Make a working
Four ways to start one. All four end on a date.
- 03
The Sigil FoundryWrite an intent, reduce it, draw it, charge it, forget it. You leave with a receipt and a date to check. - 04
ShoalUp to six intents, six small glyphs, shuffled so you lose track. Charge them together, forget them together. - 05
The Servitor BenchBuild a servitor charter: a job, limits, a feeding and an off switch. It will not print without the switch. - 06
The Ward MakerFold a short word into a symmetric seal for a door, a bag or a screen. A practice. It promises no protection.
Make a mark
A seal that's yours. It stays a mark until you give it a job.
Count a word
Five letter tables, each named with its source. Same number, same table, nothing more.
Choose what to believe
Draw a belief to wear for one working or one week, or forge your own. The way out is on every card.
Pick a time
Planetary hours and the Moon, for when you want a time to work to.
Leave it to chance
Honest randomness for the questions a working leaves open.
Check what happened
Receipts from the tools above land in the Log. The Scorecard counts them.
Where your words go
Nowhere. The tools run in your browser, and the intents, names and jobs you type are never sent. Receipts and charters keep dates and drop the intent. The Log is stored in your browser; export it as a file if you want a copy. Nobody reads what you wrote, because nobody ever receives it.
New to this?
Read what chaos magic is first, then how to make a sigil. Then get a pen. The whole method fits in ten minutes.
