Add chaosmagick.com to your home screen and it opens like an app. No store, no account.

Android, in Chrome

  1. Open the Chrome menu, the three dots.
  2. Tap Install app, or Add to Home screen.
  3. Tap Install. The icon lands on your home screen.

iPhone, in Safari

  1. Tap the Share icon at the bottom of Safari.
  2. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  3. Tap Add.

The tools still run in your browser, and nothing you type leaves it. Offline, you get the pages you already opened.
