Language and symbolism are the computational interface that the “I am” uses to commune with the outer world.

They say in Daoism there are two realities; the functional reality and the reality of stillness. The functional reality is the outer world, which also includes the thought realm. The reality of stillness is the inner world(no mind).

The reality of stillness is perfect, while the functional reality is imperfect. We use our ego to operate and navigate the functional reality, but because of the functional reality’s imperfection, the common ego is jaded and disconnected from the true self (The undefinable formless core of experience and expression).

My definition of Magick is the art and science of bridging the gap between the inner world and outer world.

It is connecting the operating system, which is the ego, through the means of language/ritual, to the true self within.

Causing the incarnated Earthly self to come as close as it can to divine perfection or that which leads to a most harmonized and balanced life, if you will. This practice cultivates purpose.

The goal of the Magician is to turn the ego into the ambassador of Kia. Kia is the combination of raw state awareness and true will(the core purpose of the created).

Make room for Kia and your energy will point others towards truth even in silence.
